Job Summary

The Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The role requires strategic oversight, resource management, and strong coordination between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and financials.
* Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
* Conduct regular site visits to supervise work, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
* Ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

– Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in project management.

– Strong leadership and organizational skills.

– Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

– Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
