Project Description
Located in Alexandria, Egypt, the Africa Silos project consists of two massive silos with a combined capacity of 90,000 tons. Developed by Africa for Silos & Warehousing and supervised by Modern Engineering Group, the facility spans 10,000 m² with a 50-meter free span and 20-meter structural height.
Scope of work
Our scope included the full structural execution of two large-scale storage silos, featuring a 50-meter clear span. Works covered foundation systems, steel structures, roofing, cladding, and finishing. All construction complied with high-load industrial standards, ensuring long-term durability and optimal operational efficiency for large-scale agricultural and industrial storage.
