Project Description
Venus International’s horizontal silos project at Dhekelia Port spans a massive 35,000 m², providing a storage capacity of 120,000 tons. Designed to streamline logistics and ensure grain quality, the facility supports high-volume operations. Its scale, efficiency, and location reinforce Alexandria’s role as a vital gateway for agricultural trade.
Scope of Work
Executed as a full turnkey project, the scope covered engineering, civil works, steel structure fabrication, mechanical systems, and full site development. The integrated design included silo construction, loading/unloading systems, electrical and control installations, and safety infrastructure. Every stage was handled under Modern Engineering Group’s supervision for optimal performance and quality.
