Delivered as a turnkey project, the scope involved architectural design, civil works, structural steel erection, MEP systems, finishing, and utility connections. The facility was built for high efficiency and low environmental impact, with custom solutions for paper production lines. Execution focused on speed, quality, and long-term operational reliability.
