This large-scale industrial complex in Hurghada was developed to support the growth of small and medium enterprises across various sectors. Spanning 57,000 m², the complex provides adaptable spaces, modern infrastructure, and logistical convenience. It plays a key role in regional economic development and job creation along Egypt’s Red Sea corridor.
The scope included the supply, fabrication, and erection of steel structures for multiple industrial units. Work also involved roofing, cladding, and interior divisions. Built under KAF Engineering’s supervision, the project emphasized modular construction, structural durability, and efficiency to meet the needs of diverse SMEs within a unified industrial ecosystem.
