The GDUC Administrative Building in Nasr City was developed by the Cairo Governorate to centralize administrative functions and enhance public service delivery. The building features modern design, advanced infrastructure, and streamlined layouts to support daily operations, meetings, and data management, all while adhering to contemporary government architecture standards.
The turnkey scope included architectural design, structural construction, electromechanical systems, finishing, and site development. Built under CPAS supervision, the facility integrates offices, meeting rooms, service counters, and secure data areas. The execution focused on functionality, energy efficiency, and alignment with governmental regulations and civic accessibility standards.
