Developed by Misr El Kheir, this administrative building in 6th October City is designed to support the organization’s growing operational and outreach activities. The facility offers modern workspaces tailored to nonprofit functions, combining efficiency and functionality in a well-structured, professional environment aligned with the foundation’s values and community impact goals.
Scope of work
Scope included complete civil construction and high-quality finishing works. Tasks involved concrete structure execution, partitioning, flooring, wall cladding, painting, ceiling works, and interior detailing. Under the supervision of ASSAF Consulting Services, the project emphasized durable materials, functional layouts, and aesthetic finishes suited for a dynamic, mission-driven office environment.
