Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. The role involves coordinating between workers, subcontractors, and management to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily site activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all execution stages.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to resolve on-site issues.
* Monitor resource and equipment usage, and report any malfunctions or shortages.
* Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to management.
* Ensure material availability and follow up on deliveries.
* Support the implementation of engineering plans and review any changes during execution.
* Handle any on-site emergencies promptly and effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

– 3–5 years of experience in site supervision.

– Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.

– Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site issues effectively.

– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
