Masria Hypermarket in Obour City is a large-scale retail facility developed to support the Ministry’s efforts in improving consumer access to essential goods. Designed for high-capacity retail and storage, the project combines modern architecture with logistical efficiency, playing a key role in Egypt’s internal trade and food distribution network.
Delivered as a turnkey project, the scope covered full civil, structural, and architectural works, in addition to MEP installations, finishing, and site development. The layout integrates retail zones, storage areas, loading docks, and administrative facilities, all designed under Dr. Hassan Al-Zamili’s guidance to meet commercial performance and public service goals.
