Project Description
Located in the industrial zone of El-Obour City, this large-scale project serves as a key grain trading hub within Cairo’s wholesale market network. Spanning 42,000 m², it includes twelve buildings housing 185 specialized shops across 40,000 m². The development boosts Egypt’s commercial infrastructure for secure and efficient grain distribution.
Scope of Work
Handled by ALPHA from workshop drawings to full execution, the turnkey scope included structural works, finishing, infrastructure, electromechanical systems, and external networks. The project was delivered under the supervision of ACE Moharram Bakhoum, ensuring functionality, durability, and adherence to safety and urban planning regulations for modern wholesale market operations.
