Scope included reinforced concrete works and full exterior finishing for 124 villas. Tasks covered skeleton construction, insulation, cladding, plastering, paint, stonework, and façade detailing. Executed under Hill International’s supervision, the project adhered to strict timelines, high-quality materials, and premium finishing standards to meet MNHD’s upscale residential vision.
