Project Description
The Saveto Misr Factory in Sadat City was developed to support the production of high-performance dry mix products and construction chemicals. Built on a modern industrial framework, the facility enhances Saveto’s local and regional supply capabilities while adhering to strict international standards for quality, safety, and environmentally responsible manufacturing.
Scope of work
Delivered as a turnkey project, the scope included architectural planning, civil works, structural steel erection, mechanical and electrical systems, finishing, and site infrastructure. Designed by Concept Consulting Office, the project ensured seamless integration of production lines, warehousing, and utilities to meet Saveto’s industrial performance and scalability requirements.
