Scope included structural concrete works, external façades, and complete interior finishing. This covered plastering, painting, tiling, doors, windows, MEP fixtures, and architectural detailing. Delivered under the supervision of Hill International, all works followed strict quality and safety standards, ensuring long-term performance and a superior living experience for future residents.
