Project Description
The Spot Mall in New Cairo is a vibrant commercial destination developed by Masaa Real Estate. Featuring a mix of retail, dining, and service outlets, the mall offers a modern experience for visitors and tenants. Its high-end design and strategic location make it a central hub in the growing Fifth Settlement area.
Scope of work
Scope included full interior and exterior finishing works across retail units, common areas, and façades. Tasks involved stone cladding, aluminum works, tiling, ceilings, lighting, and glass systems. Executed under the supervision of Concept Office and Ellywaa Engineering, the project emphasized premium materials and modern detailing to elevate the mall’s commercial appeal.
