Project Description
Zezenia Commercial is a modern retail and business complex located on the vibrant El Haram Street in Giza. Developed to accommodate shops, offices, and service outlets, the project combines contemporary design with commercial functionality, aiming to enhance the area’s urban appeal and support economic growth through accessible, high-traffic retail space.
Scope of work
Delivered as a turnkey project, the scope included all architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing works. Tasks covered excavation, concrete structure, façade cladding, internal fit-outs, and infrastructure development. Under the supervision of Concept Engineering Consulting, construction adhered to strict timelines and quality benchmarks to ensure full readiness for commercial operation.
